Because the substrate is coordinate-addressed: each robot is its own space (a C coordinate), the virtual training center is another, and a Portal connects them. One address primitive means pushing a trained policy to a robot and pulling its telemetry back are the same put/get — symmetric, gated by capability, traversable by association.
